Corporate Programs
The Cowboy Solution offers a series of professional development seminars and workshops geared towards a broad range of organizations. Using equine partnerships in an experiential environment, seminars focus on strengthening leadership and building highly fucntional teams throughout the organization. Horses provide a unique frame of reference, enabling participants to discover and hone their skills as a leader. Furthermore, participants gain a greater understanding that the real power is in building partnerships, which can transform any professional environment with extraordinary results.
Pioneering Performance
- Time Requirement: Full-day (8 hours)
- Target Audience: Corporate leaders at all levels.
- Purpose: Through a series of demonstrations and interactive “western” tasks using horses as team members, participants experience first hand the power of successful leadership. Group Size: 10-30.
- When: Seminars can be held on any day of the week.
- Where: The seminar can be held in any covered arena.
Leading Through Respect
- Time Requirement: 4 hours
- Target Audience: Corporate leaders at all levels.
- Purpose: Participants will discover the power of leadership based on trust and respect. Partnered with a horse, participants learn how to more effectively communicate and how to apply those skills in all areas of leadership. The final portion of the session will focus on the application of these concepts in the work place.

The Power of Trust
- Time Requirement: 4 hours
- Target Audience: Corporate leaders from all levels.
- Purpose: Through a series of one-on-one tasks participants will learn how to overcome personal fears enabling them to establish mutual trust with their co-workers. Participants will discover how to lead through non-verbal communication and how to engage the compassionate leader within. The final portion of the session will focus on the application of the concepts in the work place.
- Group Size: 10-15 (Minimum of 5 participants)

Equine Assisted Problem Solving
- Time Requirement: 4 hours
- Target Audience: Corporate leaders at all levels. Participants must have attended at least one of the sessions above.
- Purpose: To apply the skills learned in previous sessions. This session will focus on finding workable solutions to difficult problems setting aside the presumption of absolutes or right or wrong avenues. Participants are divided into teams and encouraged to accomplish these tasks with the horses. The final portion of the session will focus on the application of the concepts in the work place.
- Group Size: 5-15 (Minimum of 5 participants)
- When: Seminars can be held on any day of the week.
- Where: The seminar can be held in any covered arena.
Personal Coaching
- Time Requirement: Full-day (8 hours)
- Target Audience: Leaders from all levels who desire a more intensive training experience.
- Purpose: To experience an intensive one-on-one leadership training experience. Participants will work in a series of tasks to discover the real leader inside. Time will be spent in defining a personal leadership philosophy, discovering the tools that put that philosophy into action, and defining specific ways to apply the philosophy and tools in the work environment.
- Group Size: I-4 (maximum 4)
- When: Seminars are held on weekdays only.
- Where: The seminar can be held in any covered arena.
