Pioneering Leadership
- Time Requirement: Full-day (8 hours)
- Target Audience: Education leaders at all levels.
- Purpose: Through a series of demonstrations and interactive “western” tasks using horses as team members, participants experience first hand the power of successful leadership. Horses are used throughout the seminar as a valuable feedback tool to help bridge the gap towards effective and efficient leadership.
- Group Size: 10-30.
- When: Seminars can be held on any day of the week.
- Where: The seminar can be held in any covered arena.

- Purpose: The seminars use horses as demonstration models to help teachers comprehend the skills required to transfer knowledge. The focus is on defining a personal teaching philosophy based on success with all students and the application of specific tools that put that philosophy into action.
- Group Size: No limits
- When: Seminars can be held on any day of the week.
- Where: The seminar can be held in any covered arena.
Participants will walk away with:
- A teaching philosophy geared towards positive results and achievement with all students.
- A set of tools which can be applied the next day in the classroom to help all students move towards reaching their full learning potential.

Pioneering Education - New Teachers
- Time Requirement: Half-day (3 hours)
- Target Audience: All teachers with less than five years experience.
- Purpose: The seminars use horses as demonstration models and in interactive tasks to help teachers comprehend the skills required to transfer knowledge.
- Seminars focus on meeting the challenges of all new teachers.
- Group Size: No limits
- When: Seminars can be held on any day of the week.
- Where: The seminar can be held in any covered arena.

- A frame of reference for the effective and efficient transfer of knowledge.
